Gibraltar - climate

The climate is Mediterranean, so this means hot summers and mild winters. In recent years there have been a number of very hot summers (as was true across the region) so it is advised to bring plenty of sun cream and other protection. Many of the restaurants and cafes are air conditioned so if the heat gets too much then it is always possible to nip indoors for some cooling air.
